To set up your Education Department email (formerly edumail) on your iPad/iPhone, please follow the steps below. If you do not know your Department of Education password, you will need to let us know by logging a job.
1. Open Settings on the iPad/iPhone, navigate to Passwords and Accounts, then Add Account.
2. Select Exchange.
3. Type in your Department email address, type a description then select next.
4. Select Sign In.
5. Type in your password then select Sign In.
6. Select Save Password if prompted.
7. Select Accept.
8. Select Save.
9. If you notice your new account listed then you have completed the process successfully.
