To reset your Edrolo password, please follow the steps below. If you have never accessed your Edrolo account, you will need to go through the setup process to create your Edrolo account. To create your account, you can follow the article here.
Account Email Address
The email address associated with your Edrolo account was setup by you when you setup your account for the first time. Most students use their school email address but it is possible that you may have entered a personal email address.
If you try to reset your Edrolo account with all of your email addresses and you still cannot access your account, you will need to contact us. We will need to contact Edrolo to request that your account details are updated which may take a couple of days.
Reset your password
1. To reset your Edrolo password, visit https://edrolo.com.au/account/password/reset/, enter your Edrolo email address and select Reset my password.
2. A password reset email will be sent to your email address provided. Don’t forget to check you Junk Mail/SPAM folder if it doesn’t arrive in your Inbox within 5 minutes.
3. Locate the Edrolo email sent to your account and select the link to reset your password.
Set your new password and select Save.
4. You will be notified that your password was changed successfully and you can now login to your account.
