Reset Compass password for Parents

This intended audience for this article is Parents or Carers. Compass allows self-service password resets provided you have access to the mobile phone number or email address provided to the College. If you don’t have access to this, you will need to contact the College.

To reset the password for a Parent/Carer account, please follow the steps below.

1. Visit https://mesc-vic.compass.education and select Can’t access your account?


2. Enter your Compass username if known and select Continue. If you don’t know your username, select I don’t know my username.


3. Enter your mobile number or email address provided to the College. If these details match what we have on file, then a password reset link will be sent to your email or confirmation code will be sent to your mobile phone.

If you are unable to provide an email or phone number that is recorded in our systems, then you will need to contact the College between 8:30am-4pm for assistance.
