Printing from BYOD devices

Regardless of the device you are on, you need to be connected to the College eduSTAR network in order to print.

iPads and MacOS

To print from iPads and MacOS, students should print to the print queue called FOLLOW ME. Once you print to this queue, your job will be held in a central queue until you login to a device and release your job.

Windows 10 notebooks

In order to print from a Windows 10 device, you will need to install printing software before you are able to print. You can follow the instructions from this article to do this: https://kb.mesc.vic.edu.au:9443/kb/setup-windows-byod-printing

Once you have setup the printer, you should print to the FOLLOW ME print queue. After you print to this queue, your job will be held in a central queue until you login to a copier and release your job.
