There are a number of reasons that your file may not print. The printing system is setup to email you if your job doesn’t print due to incorrect paper size or insufficient credit. It also checks with the printer to verify that your job has printed, if it hasn’t the cost for the print job will be refunded.
If you are still unsure about why your job didn’t print, please come and talk to the ICT Department. We can look into the printer logs to see if your document was printed. We will be able to determine the issue and we can refund your credit if needed.
