Cannot access Compass resources

When students cannot access resources you have uploaded into Compass, it is usually because the permissions will need to be modified to allow access for students.

To do this:

1. Select the Resources tab on your class profile page.

2. Right click on the folder or resource you wish to allow or check access permissions. Select Edit permissions.

3. Ensure that there is a green tick next to the Students group in the permission settings. Apply to all child resources should be ticked if you have selected a folder and wish to allow access to all files within that folder. Select Save to finish.
